Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re very busy working on your site or developing your applications, you rarely have enough time to keep track of what is happening with your Virtual Private Server – whether it’s overloading or if all the tasks are running just fine. With our Optional Admin Services solution, we will do that on your behalf. Your Virtual Private Server will be included in a custom monitoring system and if ever there’s a sign of a trouble, our sysadmins will be notified straight away.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup copy of all your data is compulsory – one never knows when something would go wrong. And with the Optional Admin Services offer, you can enjoy regular backups of your whole VPS, not only of your data, without you being required to set up or configure anything. Last but not least all the backups will be held on a server with numerous RAID–configured hard disks. Thus your data will always be safe, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server provides you with an almost infinite number of options, you will often need to install additional pieces of software. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can comes in real handy. It is an integral part of our Optional Admin Services package, which entitles you to demand any of our knowledgeable sysadmins to install and set up any software application and to rectify any issue you may have with your server.

The Optional Admin Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans. It is an optional feature with the KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
